How to book your tickets?

You can book tickets (with the exception of season tickets) on this website 24 hours a day. You pay with your credit card (charge of €2 per ticket). Your tickets will be sent to your home address.

You can order tickets by phone from the Booking office at 070 88 00 333. You can by automatic debit (automatic debit € 2.50) or with your credit card (credit card and transfer € 4.50). Your tickets will be sent to your home address. The account or card number must be in the name and address of the person ordering the tickets. Please have your card details ready with your reservation.You can order the tickets also at the booking office at the Spuiplein.

Monday to Saturday: 12:00 noon -06:00 pm
The booking office can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday inclusive from 10:00 am.
On the days of performances from 06:00 pm to the start of the performance (sales for that day’s performance only). On Sundays, public holidays and matinees the Booking office is open an hour and a quarter before the performance.

Season tickets enable you to buy tickets for a series of concerts or performances but at a reduced rate. You are guaranteed a seat and one of the best as well. We also automatically send you our bimonthly listings magazine.
Season tickets can be booked though our brochure or various flyers. You cannot order a season ticket at the moment from our website. You can order a season ticket in writing or by telephone at the latest up to three weeks before the first performance of the series. Season ticket applications are dealt with in the order they arrive. You will be sent your tickets as soon as you have paid.

 

UITpass and other reductions

• The UITpass from the Haags Uitburo gives reductions on most of the concerts and performances in our theatres. The personalised UITpass costs € 7.50 and is obtainable at the booking office.
• CJP pass or Ooievaars pass holders, and visitors aged 65 and over are given ticket reductions unless stated otherwise.
  
• The Koorenhuispas give a discount of € 2.50 on all concerts and performances.
  
• Youth tickets are for youngsters up to 13 years inclusive.
  
  You need to show your pass at the booking office and at the entrance to the theatre with your ticket.
  

If performances are sold there may still be returns or uncollected tickets. Numbers are issued an hour before the performance starts and remaining tickets are then sold in order of the numbers about half an hour beforehand.

 

Tickets can also be purchased for all concerts and performances at the Haags Uitburo. Haags Uitburo provides daily information on performances in theatres in The Hague.
